Returns will only be accepted in the following limited circumstances:
If your order qualifies under these exceptions, please proceed to the Refund Claim Process below.
For items that are incorrect, damaged, or spoiled, you must notify Travel and Taste within **3 days** of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.
If your claim is approved, we will process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within **7-10 business days**.
We do not refund the original shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
You may cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once an order is marked as "shipped" or "in transit," cancellation is not possible.
